Car club & car meets / Tameside

Tameside Car Club. West on the M60.

Ashton, Stalybridge, Droylsden — Tameside has always had a strong showing at M60 Modified. Join the M60 westbound and Barton Aerodrome is about 25 minutes across the ring road.

Across the
ring road.

Tameside is on the eastern stretch of the M60 — which puts Barton Aerodrome directly across the ring road to the west. Members from Ashton-under-Lyne, Stalybridge, and Droylsden join the M60 at J23 and it's a clean run from there.

The Tameside contingent tends to arrive with interesting builds — something about the eastern side of Greater Manchester producing cars worth a proper look. Come down on a Friday and add yours to the mix.
