The M62 runs straight from Merseyside to Barton Aerodrome — no ring road navigation needed. From St Helens it's about 30 minutes east, and the motorway drops you practically at the venue gate.

The M62 corridor connects Merseyside directly to Barton. From St Helens or Knowsley you join eastbound and the road takes you straight to J12 of the M60 — which is the Eccles exit, a short turn onto Barton Road, and you're there.

Members from Merseyside have been making the run for years. It's further than most, but the M62 is a clean motorway cruise and Barton on a Friday night is worth every mile.

Every Friday, 19:00 to 22:00, all year round. From Merseyside it's a straight motorway run east on the M62 — the road practically ends at the venue. No booking, £3 on the gate, just turn up.

  • Join the M62 eastbound from St Helens or Knowsley
  • Follow M62 eastbound — it merges directly onto the M60 at J12 (Eccles)
  • Exit at J12, turn right onto the A57 westbound, then right onto Barton Road
  • Barton Aerodrome entrance on the left

From Liverpool / Wirral

  • Head east toward the M62 — from Liverpool via the A57 or A580 to M62
  • Follow M62 eastbound to where it joins the M60 at J12 (Eccles)
  • Exit onto A57 westbound, turn right onto Barton Road
  • Aerodrome entrance on the left — allow about 45 minutes from Liverpool
